Advantages

This signature folder stands out through its sustainable construction, utilizing high-quality recycled materials without compromising on durability or professional appearance. The secure snap fastener button closure prevents papers from sliding out or getting lost during transit. Its lightweight yet robust design makes it suitable for frequent handling, while the acid-free and copy-safe material ensures that printed text does not transfer or degrade over time. Furthermore, the folder complements other items in the Leitz Recycle product range, allowing for a cohesive and environmentally conscious stationery setup.

Suitable for

• Organizing and signing official A4 documents in corporate offices
• Transporting school assignments, notes, and drawings safely
• Storing personal paperwork and household bills securely at home
• Protecting confidential or sensitive business data from unauthorized view

When it may not be suitable

This document wallet is not designed for heavy-duty archiving of large volumes exceeding sixty sheets of paper. Users requiring expansion capabilities for thick bundles or rigid protection against bending might need a box file or lever arch file instead.

To use the signature folder, open the snap fastener closure and insert up to sixty sheets of A4 paper arranged neatly in landscape orientation. Align the documents properly within the folder to prevent creasing, then fold the flap down and press the push button firmly until it clicks securely into place. The opaque material keeps contents private, and the lightweight profile allows the folder to be easily slipped into a backpack, briefcase, or desk drawer.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the A4 landscape format and sixty-sheet capacity match your daily document storage requirements
• Consider whether the opaque black finish aligns with your preference for privacy versus content visibility
• Check if sustainability certifications such as Blue Angel align with your environmental purchasing criteria

For best results, avoid overloading the folder beyond its sixty-sheet limit to ensure the snap fastener functions correctly and to prevent premature wear on the recycled polypropylene material.
