How to use

Place the letter tray on a flat desk surface or shelf where document access is frequently needed. Documents, folders, or magazines in A4 format can be placed directly inside the tray. To maximize desk space, multiple trays can be stacked vertically or in a stepped arrangement directly on top of each other, while the front opening ensures papers remain accessible without unstacking.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your documents conform to A4 or US sizes for an optimal fit
• Check available vertical desk space if planning to stack multiple trays
• Consider the red color compatibility with your existing office stationery

Usage recommendations: Wipe the smooth surface periodically with a dry or slightly damp cloth to keep the letter tray clean and free of dust. Ensure weight is distributed evenly within the tray and avoid exceeding standard desk accessory loads when stacking.
