The LEITZ WOW ES3976 Yellow Polypropylene Document Folder with Elastic Bands and 15mm Spine is a reliable storage solution designed for organizing, storing, and transporting loose papers, notes, and documents in the office, at school, or at home. Featuring a vibrant yellow metallic finish, this folder combines daily functionality with a professional appearance while offering dependable protection for your paperwork.

Advantages

Constructed from durable polypropylene, this document folder provides long-lasting protection against everyday wear, tearing, and moisture. The secure elastic band closure keeps contents safely contained during transport, preventing papers from slipping out. With a 15mm spine width, it accommodates a moderate volume of documents while remaining compact and portable.

Suitable for

• Organizing school notes and assignments
• Storing office reports and administrative paperwork
• Transporting loose documents between meetings or classes
• Archiving household bills, warranties, and important letters

When it may not be suitable

This folder is not designed for storing extremely large volumes of documents or thick bound booklets that exceed the capacity of a 15mm spine. Additionally, it lacks internal dividers, so it may not be ideal for users who need to strictly categorize multiple distinct subjects within a single folder.

Key specifications

• Made of durable polypropylene material
• Equipped with secure elastic band fasteners
• Features a 15mm spine
• Bright yellow color with a metallic finish
• Designed for standard loose documents and notes

How to use

Open the elastic bands located on the front cover to access the interior storage space. Place your loose papers, notes, or documents neatly inside the folder, ensuring they do not exceed the capacity limits of the 15mm spine. Close the cover and secure the contents by stretching the elastic bands back over the corners of the folder for safe transport and storage.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the 15mm spine capacity is sufficient for your document volume
• Consider whether the lack of internal sorting tabs meets your organizational needs
• Assess if the bright yellow color suits your personal or professional environment

For optimal longevity and appearance, store the document folder away from direct sunlight and excessive heat sources, and avoid overloading the spine beyond its intended capacity.
