The Lékué 890222 rectangular donut mould is designed for baking and frying donuts in air fryers and ovens. Made from 100% platinum silicone, BPA-free and freezeproof down to -20°C, the mould measures 200 mm wide with a height of 56 mm and fits most 5 L air fryers. It features an integrated reinforced base and extendable non-slip handles that make it easy to lift the mould in and out of the fryer and to save space during cooking.

How to use

Prepare dough according to your recipe and portion it into the four cavities of the mould. If using an air fryer, place the mould in the basket, lower the handles to maximize space during cooking and raise them when removing the basket. For oven use, place the mould on a baking tray. After baking or frying, allow the mould to cool slightly, then flex the silicone to release the donuts. Always use protective gloves or mitts when handling hot cookware.

Usage recommendations

To prolong the life of the platinum silicone, avoid using sharp utensils and do not place the mould directly on open flames. Clean in the dishwasher or wash with warm soapy water; allow to dry completely before storing or freezing.
