The Lindy 32112 EDID emulator is an inline device for HDMI to USB‑C connections that ensures continuous EDID signalling between a video source and a display. Supporting up to Ultra HD 4K (3840×2160) at 60 Hz and a maximum bandwidth of 18 Gbit/s, this compact black metal unit (54×60×18 mm, 0.081 kg) preserves display identification data when routing, switching or testing video systems. It can copy EDID information from a connected HDMI display, apply one of several presets, or accept a custom EDID file uploaded via USB, providing reliable handshake behaviour for computers, KVMs, digital signage and AV installations.
