The Lindy 0.5m HDMI to DisplayPort Cable converts HDMI outputs from media players, game consoles and PCs to DisplayPort inputs for monitors. The active cable contains a conversion chipset housed in the HDMI connector and includes an optional USB Type-A power lead. How to use

Connect the HDMI end (with the chipset) to the HDMI output of your source device and plug the DisplayPort end into the monitor.
