The Lindy USB 2.0 Active Extension Hub extends the cable length for up to four USB 2.0 Type A devices by an additional 10 m while maintaining data transfer rates up to 480 Mbps. It features one USB A male connector and four USB A female connectors, allowing connection of storage devices, webcams and other Type A peripherals to PCs, laptops and tablets at greater distances. Two hubs can be daisy-chained to reach a total extension of 20 m.

How to use

Connect the USB A male plug of the extension hub to a USB Type A port on your computer, laptop or tablet. Plug your USB Type A devices into the four USB A female ports on the hub. If a device requires additional power, connect a compatible external DC power supply to the hub's DC socket. To increase the extension distance, connect a second Lindy USB 2.0 Active Extension Hub to the first hub to reach up to 20 m total.
