Patch Panel 1U LogiLink NP0057
The LogiLink NP0057 is a professional 1U patch panel designed for efficient network cable management in 19-inch server racks. Featuring 16 RJ-45 ports, this unit is engineered to support Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a cabling standards, providing a versatile solution for data centers, server rooms, and home office network infrastructures. The robust construction ensures long-term reliability and signal integrity for high-speed data transmission.
This patch panel is constructed from high-quality 16-gauge steel, offering exceptional durability and structural strength for demanding environments. The inclusion of a dedicated cable support bar helps reduce strain on connections, while the rounded edges prevent damage to cables during installation. With color-coded IDC labels following TIA/EIA 568A/B wiring schemes, the setup process is streamlined, reducing the risk of errors and saving valuable time during network deployment.
This patch panel is designed specifically for 19-inch rack mounting and is not suitable for wall-mounted installations or environments where rack space is unavailable. It is also not intended for use with fiber optic cabling or non-standard connector types.
To install the patch panel, secure it into your 19-inch rack using standard mounting screws. Route your network cables to the rear of the panel and secure them to the integrated cable support bar to minimize tension. Using a punch-down tool, terminate the individual wires into the IDC blocks according to the color-coded labels for either the TIA/EIA 568A or 568B standard. Once terminated, snap the panel into place and connect your patch cables to the front-facing RJ-45 ports to complete the network link.
For optimal network performance, ensure that the cable shielding is properly grounded and that the cable twists are maintained as close to the termination point as possible. Regularly inspect the cable support bar to ensure no excessive weight is pulling on the connections.
