LOGILINK SC0018 is a photoelectric smoke detector with a built-in 10-year lithium battery and compact dimensions (76 × 76 × 28.5 mm). The device is intended for ceiling or wall installation in homes, apartments and small offices and detects slow smouldering fires using a photoelectric sensor. Wireless, battery-powered operation allows simple placement without mains wiring.

How to use

Mount the detector on a ceiling or wall using the supplied mounting kit, following local installation height recommendations. Press the test/silence button to check operation or temporarily mute the alarm; sleep mode mutes the unit for 9 minutes and then it returns to normal battery operation. Do not paint the device or block the sensor openings. Replace the detector when the end-of-life signal indicates battery depletion.
