Lumel RE60 Temperature Controller, PT100 Input -50 to 100C, Relay Output, DIN Rail Mount
The Lumel RE60 is a professional-grade temperature controller engineered for precise thermal management in industrial environments. Designed for convenient DIN rail mounting, this compact device integrates seamlessly into existing control cabinets and automation systems. It utilizes a PT100 resistance temperature detector input to monitor temperatures ranging from -50 to 100 degrees Celsius, providing stable and accurate process control through its reliable relay output.
This controller stands out for its robust construction and high operational reliability, making it an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications. The integration of a standard PT100 sensor input ensures high measurement accuracy and long-term stability. Its DIN rail mounting capability simplifies installation and maintenance, allowing for efficient space utilization within control panels. The primary relay output provides a versatile switching solution for various heating or cooling actuators, ensuring consistent thermal regulation.
The Lumel RE60 is not intended for applications requiring high-speed PID control for extremely volatile thermal processes or environments where temperatures exceed the specified range of -50 to 100 degrees Celsius. It is also not suitable for direct high-power load switching without an intermediate contactor if the current requirements exceed the internal relay rating.
Installation should be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with local electrical safety standards. Secure the device onto a standard DIN rail within a protected enclosure. Connect the PT100 sensor to the designated input terminals, ensuring proper wiring to minimize signal interference. Connect the relay output to your control circuit or actuator. Once powered, configure the desired setpoint and control parameters via the front interface to begin automated thermal regulation.
Regularly inspect the sensor connections and the relay output terminals to ensure they remain tight and free from oxidation. Periodically verify the calibration of the PT100 sensor to maintain optimal process accuracy.
