How to use

Place the LUND 67480 on a stable, heat-resistant countertop and connect to a suitable 220–240 V outlet. Preheat the oven to the desired setting using the 5-stage temperature control; allow the cordierite stone to heat for an even baking surface. Use the timer knob to set baking time up to 15 minutes and monitor progress through the lid window. Use the provided pizza paddles to transfer pizza onto and off the hot stone and the cutter to slice once baking is complete. For non-pizza dishes, use the supplied non-stick pan and select an appropriate temperature and time.

Usage recommendations

To extend the life of the cordierite pizza stone and ensure even results, preheat the oven with the stone in place and avoid extreme sudden temperature changes. Use oven mitts or the insulated side handles when opening the lid, and follow the recommended baking times for fresh and frozen pizzas. Clean the non-stick pan and accessories after cooling; do not immerse the cordierite stone in cold water while hot.
