How to use

Fill the kettle to the required water level using the graduated indicator; do not exceed the maximum mark. Place the kettle on its 360° base and connect the base to mains power. Use the electronic control on the handle to select the desired temperature in 5 °C steps or choose the boil setting. After reaching the set temperature the kettle will stop heating and can hold the temperature for up to 60 minutes if the keep-warm function is activated. Open the lid with the button when the unit is cool enough to avoid burns and clean the removable filter regularly to maintain flow and hygiene.

Usage recommendations

To preserve the kettle’s appearance and performance, periodically descale internal surfaces according to local water hardness. For beverage-specific results select recommended temperatures: green tea 65–85 °C, white tea 75–85 °C, black and red teas 95 °C, coffee 90–95 °C, and yerba mate about 75 °C. Avoid filling below the minimum mark and do not operate the kettle when empty.
