How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and press the power button to turn it on. Select the required unit (g, kg or lb) using the unit button. For net weighing, place an empty container on the plate and press the tare function to zero the display, then add the ingredient to read the net weight. The scale displays values in 1 g increments and will indicate overload or low battery when applicable. After use the scale will automatically shut down if left idle to conserve battery.

Usage recommendations

Use the scale on a flat countertop and avoid exposing the display and electronics to water. Clean the stainless steel plate with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive cleaners.
