How to use

Place the glue gun on its stand on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to the mains supply (110–240 V AC). Allow approximately 3–5 minutes for the heating element to reach operating temperature. Insert an 11 mm or 11.2 mm glue stick into the feed tube and advance it until molten adhesive appears at the nozzle. Apply glue to one of the clean, dry and degreased surfaces, using controlled pressure on the feed to regulate flow. Join the parts and hold them together for 1–2 minutes to allow the bond to set. For larger surfaces, apply glue in several spots rather than a single continuous line; when gluing textiles, use an S- or zigzag pattern for an even distribution of adhesive.

Usage recommendations

Use on heat-sensitive foam (e.g., polystyrene) only when a protective lining is present; do not apply hot melt glue directly to unprotected foam. Work in a well-ventilated area and avoid skin contact with hot adhesive. After use, disconnect the tool from mains power and allow the nozzle to cool before storage. Keep out of reach of children.
