Made from 100% platinum-cured silicone, the tray measures 20 × 15 × 4.1 cm and forms square ice cubes of 3 × 3 cm. A removable lid and a single-chamber separation system simplify filling, reduce splashes and support faster freezing compared with basic moulds. How to use
