The MAAN Corona 2 G 50 offers compact telescopic design suitable for integration into kitchen cabinets, a steel housing with lacquered satin surface for easy cleaning, and rear lighting for improved visibility over the cooktop. It features a washable aluminium grease filter with an optional carbon filter for recirculation, three fan speeds to match ventilation needs, and a motor included for immediate installation.
Install the hood into a cabinet opening sized to the specified installation compartment dimensions and connect the outlet to ducting with a 120 mm diameter when using ducted extraction, or fit the optional carbon filter for recirculating mode. Use the button controls to select one of three fan speeds according to cooking intensity and switch on the rear light as needed. Clean the washable aluminium grease filter regularly and replace with a carbon filter if operating in recirculation mode.
For optimal performance, run the hood at a higher speed during heavy frying or boiling and maintain the washable filter by cleaning it at regular intervals. Ensure correct ducting installation or use the recommended carbon filter for recirculation to maintain air quality.
