Skewers for kebabs Maestro MR-1007 metal skewers 6 pieces 45 cm
Set of six Maestro MR-1007 metal skewers, each 45 cm long, designed for grilling kebabs on a barbecue, grill pan or in the oven. These reusable metal skewers have a flat profile to reduce food rotation and provide more stable handling while turning. The set is intended to transfer heat efficiently to meat, vegetables and seafood and to withstand repeated use during home or outdoor cooking.
The flat stainless-style metal design prevents pieces of food from spinning on the skewer, allowing even exposure to heat and easier turning. A length of 45 cm offers sufficient reach over open flames and room for multiple portions on each skewer. Reusable construction means lower waste and ongoing cost savings compared with disposable alternatives, and the metal material is compatible with high-temperature grilling environments.
These metal skewers are not intended for use with very delicate items that require flexible or thin bamboo sticks, as the flat metal profile is firmer and may pierce softer ingredients more easily. They are also not suitable for microwave cooking.
Skewer ingredients by piercing pieces centrally along the flat edge and spacing items to allow heat circulation. Preheat the grill or oven to the appropriate temperature for the chosen ingredients, then place skewers across the grill grates or on a roasting tray. Turn skewers periodically to achieve even browning. After use, allow skewers to cool and wash with warm soapy water or in a dishwasher if compatible; dry thoroughly before storage to avoid surface discoloration.
For even cooking, cut pieces to uniform size and avoid overcrowding the skewer. Lightly oil the food or skewer to reduce sticking and preheat the grill to sear the outside before finishing at lower heat.
