Maestro MR-1061 silicone ice and chocolate mold creates 16 fish-shaped portions for ice, chocolate, jelly, candies and other small confectionery items. Made from flexible, food-grade silicone, the mold is designed to fit household freezers and is suitable for repeated use. Its soft material facilitates easy demoulding and washing, while uniform cavity size helps produce consistent portions for party servings, beverage decoration or baking accents.
The Maestro silicone mold offers flexibility that simplifies removal of frozen or set products without damage. Food-grade silicone resists staining and odors, is easy to clean by hand or in a dishwasher, and tolerates freezer and typical kitchen temperatures. Sixteen identical fish-shaped cavities provide even portioning and visual uniformity, and the lightweight, pliable design makes storage convenient when not in use.
Rinse the silicone mold before first use. Place the mold on a flat surface and fill each cavity with water, melted chocolate or prepared mixture to the recommended level. Tap gently to remove air bubbles, then transfer the mold to a level area in the freezer or into a refrigerator to set. After the contents are fully set, flex the silicone gently to release each fish-shaped portion. Wash the mold after use and allow to dry before storing.
For best results, avoid overfilling cavities and allow sufficient freezing or setting time. When using melted chocolate, cool mixtures slightly before pouring to prevent sticking and ensure smooth release.
