Steam iron Maestro MR 300 C, 1600W, steam function for garment pressing
Maestro MR 300 C is a 1600W steam iron designed for domestic garment care. The appliance supports dry ironing, spray and steam modes to smooth wrinkles from shirts, trousers and household linens. The iron has adjustable temperature settings to match garment care labels, a ceramic-coated soleplate suitable for common fabrics, a light indicator showing operation status and built-in overheat protection for safer use. Intended for everyday pressing tasks, the iron operates on 220–240 V, ~50 Hz.
The ceramic-coated soleplate ensures even heat distribution and smooth gliding across fabrics while being resistant to sticking on everyday materials. Steam, spray and dry modes provide flexibility for different textile types and wrinkle severity. A light indicator makes it easy to see when the iron is powered, and overheat protection reduces the risk of damage from excessive temperature. The 1600W power rating delivers quick heat-up for typical home ironing sessions.
Set the temperature according to the garment care label and select the suitable mode (dry, spray or steam) for the fabric. Allow the iron to reach working temperature as indicated by the light indicator. For steam mode, ensure the water tank is filled following the manufacturer's fill instructions and test on an inconspicuous area if necessary. Move the iron steadily across the fabric, applying light pressure and using steam bursts for stubborn creases. After use, switch off and unplug the iron, empty any remaining water and allow the soleplate to cool before storing.
Use the lowest temperature compatible with the fabric to prevent damage and consult garment care labels. For delicate fabrics, use steam sparingly or select dry mode. Regularly clean the ceramic soleplate according to care instructions and drain water after cooling to reduce mineral buildup.
