Magic Vac® vacuum sealer roll ACO1066 is a 6 m x 20 cm embossed roll designed for sous‑vide cooking and vacuum storage. Manufactured in Italy, the roll is suitable for reliable sealing and preserves food by preventing air and water contact. The material withstands temperatures from 0 to 100 °C and is compatible with steam or bain‑marie (sous‑vide) applications: up to 90 °C for a maximum of 8 hours or up to 70 °C for a maximum of 72 hours.
The embossed surface ensures optimal vacuum sealing and durable closure. Because food is sealed within the bag, vitamins, nutrients and flavors remain inside without dispersing into water. Constant temperature control during sous‑vide cooking keeps organoleptic properties stable, enhancing taste and color while protecting texture. The roll’s temperature resistance up to 100 °C makes it versatile for storage and various cooking processes.
Cut the desired length from the roll and create a bag according to your vacuum sealer’s instructions. Place food inside, remove excess air using a compatible vacuum sealer and seal securely. For sous‑vide cooking, set the water bath or steam system to the required temperature and follow the recommended time limits: do not exceed 90 °C for more than 8 hours or 70 °C for more than 72 hours. After cooking, carefully remove the bag from the bath and open it to serve or chill for storage.
Use only with vacuum sealers and sous‑vide systems that support embossed rolls. Avoid exceeding the stated temperature and time limits to maintain material integrity and food safety. Allow sealed contents to cool before freezing if storing for long periods.
