Screwdriver Bit Set Makita E-03377 10 pcs PH 2 Security Hex 1/4
Screwdriver Bit Set Makita E-03377 10 pcs PH 2 Security Hex 1/4
The Makita E-03377 10-piece screwdriver bit set contains ten 50 mm PH2 security hex (1/4") bits designed for precise fastening tasks. Each bit is manufactured to provide consistent fit in PH2 fasteners with a security hex configuration, offering controlled engagement with tamper-resistant screws. The compact set is suitable for use with standard 1/4" bit holders and quick-change chucks commonly found on cordless drivers and impact drivers.
The bits are produced to deliver uniform tip geometry for reliable screw engagement and reduced cam-out during driving. At 50 mm length they offer a balance between reach and control, enabling access to slightly recessed fasteners while maintaining sufficient stiffness. Construction and surface treatment improve wear resistance for extended service life under frequent use. The 1/4" hex shank ensures compatibility with a wide range of power tools and manual bit holders.
Select a PH2 security bit from the set and insert the 1/4" hex shank into the tool's bit holder or quick-change chuck until it locks. Align the bit with the tamper-resistant Phillips screw head and apply steady pressure while driving at appropriate speed for the screw and material. For removal, reverse the tool direction and maintain axial pressure to prevent slippage. After use, store bits in their case to protect tips and maintain organization.
Use the correct speed and torque settings on power tools to avoid damaging screw heads. Inspect bits periodically for wear and replace any with deformed or rounded tips to ensure safe and effective fastening. For high-torque applications, confirm that both the bit and tool are rated for the required load.
