Line level Makita SKR200Z
The Makita SKR200Z is an automatic self-levelling laser level designed for professional use on construction sites. Combining robust construction with precise electronics, this line level offers fast electronic self-levelling, three rotation speeds, variable scanning and spot modes, plus manual slope capability. It provides accuracy of ±1 mm at 10 m (±0.1 mm/m), a self-levelling range of ±6° and a maximum working range up to 200 m. Compact dimensions and a 5/8" tripod thread make it suitable for a variety of levelling and alignment tasks.
The SKR200Z delivers reliable high-precision levelling with an accuracy of ±0.1 mm/m and a self-levelling speed that reduces setup time. Multiple rotation speeds, variable scan and spot modes increase versatility for indoor and outdoor jobs. Built-in cage protection for the laser head and a standard 5/8" tripod thread improve durability and mounting options. The unit runs on 2x 1.5 V LR20 (D) batteries and can operate for extended periods, supporting long jobsite shifts.
Place the SKR200Z on a stable surface or mount it on a tripod using the 5/8" thread. Power the unit with two 1.5 V LR20 (D) batteries and switch it on; the unit will self-level automatically within its ±6° range. Select the required rotation speed or switch to scan or spot mode depending on the task. For angled layouts, engage manual slope mode. Observe the H.I alert system for out-of-level notifications. Verify lines with a detector or target when working at long range or in bright conditions.
Use fresh high-quality LR20 (D) batteries for maximum operating time. Protect the device and its laser head during transport and storage by using the cage protection and avoid exposing the laser to direct sunlight when measuring over long distances; use a compatible detector where necessary.
