Tripod Spikes Manfrotto 19SCK3 — Replacement Spikes for 19 mm Legs, Black
The Manfrotto 19SCK3 tripod spikes are replacement feet designed for tripod legs with a 19 mm diameter. They are lightweight and intended to improve grip on soft, loose or uneven terrain. Each spike combines a rubber suction cup foot with a retractable stainless steel spike, allowing you to switch between a non‑marking rubber pad and a penetrating metal point for greater stability when required. The feet are removable and can be fitted to compatible Manfrotto tripods with 19 mm leg tubes.
These replacement spikes increase contact and traction on a variety of outdoor surfaces by offering two modes: a rubber pad for smooth or delicate grounds and a stainless steel spike for soft or slippery terrain. Their retractable design lets you deploy the metal point only when needed, while the rubber surface protects finished floors and reduces vibration. The accessory is lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry as part of a tripod kit.
These spikes are intended for tripods with 19 mm leg tubes; they will not fit legs of a different diameter. On very hard surfaces such as solid rock, concrete or tiled floors the metal spike cannot penetrate and the increased grip may be limited compared with specialized rubber feet. For indoor studio use on delicate floors you should use the rubber mode and verify the surface compatibility to avoid marks.
Fit the replacement spike onto the tripod leg designed for 19 mm feet, ensuring it is correctly seated and secure. Use the rubber pad for hard, finished or delicate surfaces to avoid damage; extend the stainless steel spike when greater penetration and bite into soft ground (soil, sand, snow) is needed. Retract the spike before moving the tripod or when switching back to surfaces where the metal point is not suitable. Remove and replace the feet as required for maintenance or to swap with other compatible accessories.
Use the rubber mode on finished floors and indoor locations to prevent marks; deploy the stainless steel spike on soft or slippery outdoor terrain for better stability. Regularly inspect the retractable mechanism and clean off debris to ensure reliable operation.
