Accessories for the Atlas 150 zigzag cutter include three interchangeable rollers that create three types of fresh pasta: mafaldine, pappardelle and reginette (12 mm). Made for the Marcato Atlas 150 pasta machine, the Reginette attachment (MPN AC-150-REG) is produced from chrome-plated steel with anodised aluminium alloy rollers to avoid metal transfer to the dough.
