How to use

Attach the desired accessory (roller or cutter) and set the machine on a stable surface connected to a 220 V supply. Add the flour and other ingredients to the mixer bowl, then start the mixing cycle. For standard pasta dough, the mixer will knead up to 500 g of flour in about 3 minutes to obtain a compact, elastic dough. After kneading, feed the dough through the rollers to obtain sheets and then pass sheets through the cutters to produce lasagne, fettuccine or tagliolini as required.
