The Maul 2337037 A4 Clipboard in blue is a practical and reliable tool designed for daily office tasks, mobile working, and general document organization. Constructed from sturdy cardboard and coated with a durable polypropylene foil, this clipboard provides a stable writing surface while protecting your papers from everyday wear and tear. Featuring a thickness of 2.2 mm and an extremely low weight, it is optimized for comfortable handling and easy transport during travel.

Advantages

This clipboard combines structural durability with user-friendly design features. The robust cardboard core ensures stability during writing, while the protective polypropylene coating offers resistance against moisture and dirt. Thanks to its exceptionally low weight and slim profile, it is well-suited for professionals who need to write while standing or moving. The powerful and flat easy-grip clamp securely holds loose sheets in place without damaging the paper, ensuring your documents remain organized and accessible at all times.

Suitable for

• Mobile working and fieldwork where a solid writing surface is needed
• Office administration and everyday document organization
• Presentations and meetings requiring handheld paper support
• Students and professionals working with A4 format documents

When it may not be suitable

This product may not be appropriate for users requiring protection against heavy rain or moisture, as the core is made of cardboard. It is also not designed for storing large quantities of documents internally, as it functions solely as a writing board with a single external clamp.

Key specifications

• Product colour: Blue
• Material: Cardboard with polypropylene foil coating
• Thickness: 2.2 mm
• Document format: A4
• Features: Flat easy-grip clamp, low weight

How to use

To use the clipboard, lift the flat metal clamp at the top edge of the board and insert your A4 documents underneath. Release the clamp gently to secure the paper sheets firmly in place. You can now use the smooth surface to write notes, fill out forms, or review documents while standing, walking, or attending meetings away from a traditional desk.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the A4 paper size matches your standard document requirements
• Consider whether a single clamp holding capacity is sufficient for your daily workload
• Assess if a cardboard-based board meets your durability needs for outdoor or indoor use

For optimal longevity, store the clipboard in a dry environment and avoid exposing the cardboard edges to excessive moisture. Clean the polypropylene surface gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth when necessary.
