The Mebus 25795 is a compact digital alarm clock with a black rectangular housing, suitable for battery or USB mains operation. It shows time and date permanently on the display, offers a red projection of the time onto a wall or ceiling, and includes an indoor thermometer. The device measures 150 mm × 93 mm × 27 mm and is powered by a USB cable or three 1.5 V AAA batteries (not included).

Advantages

The alarm clock projects the time in red onto a wall or ceiling: a short press projects the time for five seconds on battery power, while when connected to mains with the supplied USB cable the projection remains on continuously. Focus of the projection can be adjusted with the front rotary wheel. The built-in DCF77 radio receiver sets the clock automatically to the correct time, including summer/winter time, while manual time zone selection and manual time setting are also possible. A white backlight allows easy reading in the dark, and an integrated calendar displays the correct day of the week, month and calendar week. The snooze function temporarily silences the alarm and repeats it after five minutes.

How to use

Connect the alarm clock using the supplied USB cable for continuous projection, or insert 3 × AAA batteries for portable use. Use the top button to activate the white backlight and to trigger the projection for five seconds when on battery power. Adjust the projection sharpness with the rotary wheel on the front. Select automatic DCF77 reception for automatic time setting or set the time and time zone manually if no radio signal is available. Set the alarm time via the controls and press the top button when the alarm sounds to activate snooze; the alarm will repeat after five minutes.

Usage recommendations

For a clear projected image, place the clock so the projection surface (wall or ceiling) is at an appropriate distance and use the front rotary wheel to focus. Use USB power for continuous projection and to avoid frequent battery replacement.
