How to use

Mount a 6 mm holder into the straight grinder or drill chuck and secure it according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Fit the required brush onto the holder, start the tool at low speed to check runout, then increase to the recommended operating speed for the brush and task. Apply light, even pressure while moving the brush across the surface to avoid gouging. Allow the brush to do the work rather than forcing it into the material.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, gloves and respiratory protection when removing rust, paint or primer. Operate at recommended speeds and avoid excessive pressure; replace brushes if bristles become excessively worn or damaged.
