How to use

Place a single Melitta Original 1x4 filter into the cone dripper, ensuring the pre-folded seams align with the dripper walls. Optionally rinse the filter with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat the dripper and server; discard the rinse water. Add the desired amount of medium-ground coffee, then pour hot water evenly over the grounds in a controlled spiral to allow proper bloom and extraction. Once brewing is complete, remove and dispose of the used filter with grounds for simple cleanup.

Usage recommendations

Use a medium grind and water temperature of about 92–96°C for best extraction. Pre-rinsing the filter reduces papery flavors and warms equipment. Store unopened packs in a cool, dry place to maintain filter condition.
