How to use

Attach appropriate abrasive discs to the 125 mm sanding pad and secure them according to the pad attachment system. Start the sander at low speed to check contact with the workpiece, then increase speed as needed for material removal while maintaining even pressure. Move the sander steadily across the surface in overlapping passes to achieve a uniform finish. For paint or varnish removal, begin with coarser grit and progress to finer grits for smoothing. Ensure the workpiece is clean and clamped or supported before sanding.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate dust extraction or a compatible dust bag and wear recommended personal protective equipment such as dust mask and eye protection.
