Network adapter MERCUSYS MA72XH – PCIe wireless adapter (model MA72XH)
MERCUSYS MA72XH is a PCIe network adapter designed to add wireless connectivity to compatible desktop PCs. Installed into a free PCI Express slot, the MA72XH provides Wi‑Fi access for browsing, streaming, online communication and file sharing in home and small office environments. The adapter is built for standard desktop systems and works with routers and access points using common Wi‑Fi standards.
The card offers a convenient way to upgrade a desktop with wireless capabilities without replacing the entire system. As a PCIe wireless adapter, it delivers a stable connection and frees the workstation from wired Ethernet constraints. Its internal form factor keeps the installation compact inside the PC chassis while enabling reliable network access for everyday tasks.
Power off the computer and open the case to access an available PCI Express slot. Insert the adapter into the slot and secure it with the bracket screw, then close the case and power on the system. Install the appropriate drivers according to the operating system prompts or the manufacturer's driver package so the operating system recognises the new PCIe wireless adapter. After driver installation, select the local Wi‑Fi network and enter the network password to connect. Adjust system wireless settings as needed for preferred SSID, security type and power options.
The adapter should be installed in a free PCIe slot away from large metal obstructions inside the case to maintain signal quality. Keep the computer's firmware and network drivers up to date and place the host PC within reasonable range of the wireless router or access point for consistent performance.
