How to use

Choose sanding paper compatible with the 92 x 184 mm plate and secure it using the clamping system or Velcro. Select an oscillating rate using the Vario electronics appropriate for the material: lower speeds for delicate finishes, higher speeds for fast material removal. Hold the tool by the softgrip area with a light, even pressure and move the sander across the surface in overlapping passes to achieve an even finish. Monitor dust accumulation in the textile dust bag and empty it as needed. When available, connect an all-purpose vacuum cleaner to the extraction port to reduce airborne dust and improve visibility of the working area.

Usage recommendations

For a professional finish, begin with coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits to refine the surface.
