The Metabo KGSV 72 XACT SYM is a mitre saw designed for precise angled and cross cuts in a range of materials. It combines a sliding panel saw function with a skirting saw and a symmetrically adjustable stop system that allows quick transfer of bevel angles to the stop system. The saw offers variable speed control with an idle speed range from 2,200 to 6,300 RPM and is powered by an 1,800 W motor operating on 220–240 V AC. How to use

Secure the workpiece against the fence and set the required mitre or bevel angle using the rotating table and inclinable saw head; common angles can be set quickly using the machine's stop points. Adjust the speed control to suit the material—lower speeds for aluminium and plastics, higher speeds for typical wood-based panels. Use the sliding traction function to process wider panels up to 305 mm without needing space behind the saw. Align the cut visually with the double line laser and switch on the LED work light if needed. Activate the motor, make the cut following safe operating procedures, and use the integrated dust extraction to reduce debris at the work area. For blade changes, use the spindle lock to remove and fit blades without dismantling the pendulum guard.
