The Metabo KGS 216 M SET is a mobile sliding crosscut and mitre saw designed for precise, flexible wood and panel cutting. It combines a sliding function and a tilting saw blade to deliver large cutting capacity and versatile angled cuts. The robust die-cast aluminium construction, integrated dust scoop and clear operating layout support reliable daily use on site or in the workshop.

How to use

Place the Metabo KGS 216 M SET on a stable, level surface and secure any extendable table wings if required for longer work pieces. Fit the appropriate saw blade and check that the blade guard and dust extraction port are correctly mounted. Select the required mitre and bevel angles using the indexed turntable and tilt control, then clamp the work piece with the quick-action clamp. Start the saw and allow the soft-start to bring the blade up to speed before making a controlled sliding crosscut. Use the depth guide when cutting grooves. After cutting, wait for the blade to stop completely before removing the work piece and performing any adjustments.
