How to use

Hold the Microplane Large Shaver by the wooden handle and position the blade at a slight angle to the food surface. Apply gentle, even pressure and move the ingredient across the grating surface to create fine, uniform shavings. Use the non-slip end against a cutting board or plate to stabilise the grater. For safety, move fingers away from the blade and use a slider attachment or protective cover when available to protect fingertips. After use, remove food residue by rinsing the blade under running water and wiping with a soft brush or cloth; the protective cover is not dishwasher-safe.

Usage recommendations
