Drill Bits set MILWAUKEE SDS Plus 6 x 160 mm, 25 pcs
Drill Bits set MILWAUKEE SDS Plus 6 x 160 mm, 25 pcs
Set of 25 MILWAUKEE SDS Plus drill bits, each 6 mm in diameter and 160 mm in length, designed for use with SDS Plus rotary hammers. The set is intended for drilling through concrete, masonry and natural stone where straight, accurate anchor holes or through-holes are required. Each bit in the pack has a uniform size to simplify job planning and reduce bit changes when multiple identical holes are needed.
The SDS Plus shank ensures fast, secure fitting in compatible rotary hammers and reduces slippage during heavy-duty drilling. Hardened cutting edges and a precise flute geometry provide consistent dust removal and stable drilling performance in dense materials. Having 25 identical bits in one set reduces downtime on repetitive tasks and provides a reliable supply of replacement bits for continuous work. The standardized length and diameter make it easier to control hole depth and to match anchors or fasteners.
Fit the 6 x 160 mm SDS Plus drill bit into the SDS Plus chuck of the rotary hammer until it locks. Select the hammer-drill mode appropriate for concrete or masonry. Start drilling at low speed to create a guide recess, then apply steady pressure and increase speed as required while allowing the hammering action to advance the hole. Periodically withdraw the bit to remove dust and avoid overheating; for deeper holes, clear debris more often to maintain cutting efficiency. Replace worn or chipped bits to maintain hole quality.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, dust mask and hearing protection. Match bit diameter and length to the anchor or fastener specification and avoid excessive lateral force to prevent bit breakage. For extended life, avoid using SDS Plus masonry bits on reinforced steel; if contact with rebar is expected, use a dedicated steel-cutting bit or change to a suitable drill.
