Bit for electric screwdriver MODECO MN-15-396 PH2 long 250 mm
Long PH2 screwdriver bit MODECO MN-15-396 long 250 mm is a single-piece replacement bit designed for use with electric screwdrivers and cordless drills. The bit provides a PH2 (Phillips) tip suitable for common cross-head screws and its extended 250 mm length enables access to recessed, deep-set or otherwise hard-to-reach fasteners. Constructed for compatibility with standard 1/4" hex bit holders, this MODECO bit is intended for tasks that require additional reach without changing the driver or using extension adapters.
The extended 250 mm length allows work in deep or narrow spaces while maintaining control and alignment of the PH2 tip with the screw head. The PH2 geometry offers reliable engagement with a wide range of cross-head screws, reducing cam-out when used correctly. The 1/4" hex shank ensures compatibility with most electric screwdrivers, impact drivers and bit holders, enabling quick bit changes and firm retention. The single-piece design minimizes play and improves torque transfer compared with multi-part extensions.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into the screwdriver or drill chuck designed for quick-change bits and ensure it locks securely. Align the PH2 tip with the screw head and apply steady axial pressure while running the tool at an appropriate speed. For tight or rusted fasteners, use lower speed and increased torque settings if available. After use, inspect the tip for wear and store the bit in a holder or protective case to maintain tip geometry and prevent corrosion.
Use the bit with tools that accept 1/4" hex bits and select appropriate torque and speed settings for PH2 screws. Avoid excessive side load and high-speed slipping to prolong tip life. Replace the bit if the tip shows rounding or significant wear to prevent damage to screw heads.
