Hole Saw Set MODECO MN-65-612, 5 pcs, 72–95 mm diameter range, 32 mm depth
MODECO MN-65-612 is a 5-piece hole saw set designed to cut circular openings with diameters from 72 mm to 95 mm and a cutting depth of 32 mm. The set provides a range of commonly used sizes for woodworking, installation tasks and HVAC work where precise round cutouts are required. It is intended for use with compatible arbors and standard drills to perform on-site hole cutting in suitable materials.
The set includes five progressively sized hole saws that cover a continuous diameter range, reducing the need to change tools frequently. With a 32 mm cutting depth, the saws are suitable for penetrating panel materials, wood and some composite boards in a single pass. The construction of the saws ensures stable cutting and compatibility with common drill arbors, which simplifies setup and reduces downtime during installation or repair work.
Select the hole saw size that matches the required diameter and mount it to a suitable arbor compatible with your drill. Secure the workpiece and mark the center of the intended hole. Position the drill perpendicular to the work surface, start at low speed to establish the pilot and then increase speed as appropriate for the material. Apply steady pressure and allow the hole saw teeth to cut without forcing. After cutting, remove the plug and check the hole size and edges; finish as needed with sanding or deburring.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves. For prolonged cutting or harder materials, use intermittent cutting and allow the tool to cool to avoid overheating. Ensure the arbor and drill are suitable for the selected hole saw diameter and that the drill provides sufficient torque for safe operation.
