Twine for Mason's Line MODECO Talk red 150 g MN-79-016
Twine for Mason's Line MODECO Talk red 150 g MN-79-016
MODECO Talk mason's line twine in red on a 150 g spool is a durable chalked string designed for marking and snapping straight lines in construction, masonry and general layout tasks. The twine is pre-chalked in red pigment to produce a visible reference line on a variety of surfaces, helping with alignment, leveling and transfer of reference points across work areas. It is supplied on a compact spool for controlled unwinding and re-winding on site.
The MODECO Talk twine delivers a clear red chalk line that remains visible on concrete, brick, wood and other common building materials. The 150 g spool offers sufficient length for repeated snapping operations while the twine construction resists fraying and breakage under normal tension. The chalked fibre reduces the need to frequently reapply chalk and allows for consistent, straight lines when used with a snapping technique.
Cut an appropriate length of twine from the spool and anchor one end at the starting point. Stretch the twine taut to the target point, keeping it at the desired height or alignment. Hold the taut line about midway or at one end and snap the twine sharply against the surface to transfer the red chalk pigment and create a straight mark. After use, rewind the twine neatly on the spool to protect the line and preserve the chalk coating.
Store the spool in a dry place to prevent moisture from affecting the chalk pigment. For best visibility on dusty or rough surfaces, test a short line first and adjust tension and snapping force as needed. Replace the twine when chalk coverage diminishes or if fibres show significant wear.
