Soldering Paste Mojeledy Pasta-CYNEL-1 40 g (LUX07069)
Soldering Paste Mojeledy Pasta-CYNEL-1 40 g (LUX07069)
Soldering Paste Mojeledy Pasta-CYNEL-1 40 g is a combined solder alloy and flux in a ready-to-use paste form intended for manual soldering and rework of electronic components. Supplied in a 40 g tube, the paste is formulated to support surface-mount and through-hole soldering, touch-ups, component replacement and small-scale prototyping. Its consistency allows controlled dispensing and precise application for repair work in electronics workshops, service centers and laboratory benches.
This soldering paste integrates solder alloy and flux into a single compound to reduce process steps during manual rework. The paste is designed for fine application, enabling accurate placement on pads and leads without excessive spreading. It simplifies small repairs and adjustments by providing both metallurgical bonding and fluxing action in one product, which can reduce handling time and improve repeatability for technicians working on printed circuit boards.
Apply a small amount of soldering paste directly to the PCB pad or component lead where soldering or rework is required. For SMD work, deposit paste onto pads before placing the component; for rework, apply paste around the component leads or pads as needed. Heat the joint with an appropriate soldering iron or hot-air tool until the solder alloy flows and wets the surfaces, then allow the joint to cool undisturbed. Clean any residual flux if the formulation requires cleaning, following the manufacturer's or workshop procedures.
Store the tube in a cool, dry place and keep the cap tightly closed when not in use. Use small, controlled amounts to avoid bridging and excessive residue. Work in a well-ventilated area and follow standard ESD and safety precautions when handling electronic assemblies. Dispose of waste material according to local regulations.
