Monolith Metin.stieple G3Si1 is a solid flux-cored welding wire with a 0.8 mm diameter supplied on a 5 kg spool. Made for gas-shielded MIG/MAG welding, this copper-coated wire is intended for joining carbon and low-alloy steels, offering a stable arc and consistent wire feed for workshop repairs, fabrication and maintenance work.
The copper coating improves electrical conductivity and feeding reliability. The G3Si1 grade provides good weldability on carbon and low-alloy steels and produces a stable arc for uniform bead formation. Supplied on a 5 kg spool, the 0.8 mm wire balances deposition rate and control for common repair and fabrication tasks.
Use with a gas-shielded MIG/MAG welding setup following manufacturer recommendations for shielding gas, current and polarity for G3Si1 wire. Install the 0.8 mm wire spool in the feeder, set correct wire feed speed and voltage to achieve a stable arc, and ensure clean joint surfaces before welding. Adjust parameters according to material thickness and joint type to obtain consistent bead shape and penetration.
