The Mustang Jewel Tabletop Gas 6-zone Stainless Steel grill is a compact tabletop unit designed for outdoor grilling with six independently controlled cooking zones. The grill features a stainless steel double lid and firebox construction, three stainless steel grates and a warming rack, an integrated lid thermometer and a front-access grease tray. Built with six main burners and an infrared rear burner for rotisserie use, the Mustang Jewel provides a balanced combination of power and precise heat control within a 1020 × 635 × 470 mm footprint suitable for built-in tabletop installation.
The stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance and easy cleaning while the double lid and firebox improve heat retention and temperature stability. Six independent burners with piezo ignition in each control knob allow for precise zone control to grill multiple items at different temperatures simultaneously. The infrared rear burner delivers concentrated heat for rotisserie cooking, and the included warming rack keeps cooked food warm without direct exposure to main heat. A front-access grease tray simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime between uses.
Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant tabletop or install into a compatible built-in opening that meets the specified installation dimensions. Connect the grill to the appropriate gas supply following local regulations and using a certified gas hose and regulator. Ignite each burner using the piezo ignition integrated in the control knobs and adjust the individual zone controls to achieve the desired cooking temperatures. Use the rear infrared burner when rotisserie or high, concentrated heat is required. Monitor the internal temperature using the lid thermometer and move food between zones for direct or indirect cooking as needed.
Preheat the grill with the lid closed for several minutes before placing food to ensure even heat distribution. Clean the stainless steel grates and heat distribution plates regularly and empty the front grease tray after each use. Use separate zones for different food types to maintain flavor separation and optimal cooking; allow the warming rack to hold finished items at a lower temperature.
