How to use

Install Neat Pad outside a meeting room to act as a scheduling display or mount it in the meeting room to use as a controller. Connect it via a PoE-enabled Ethernet port using the supplied LAN and NEAT cables. Configure the device for Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms through the room management settings to enable one-tap booking, meeting start, screen sharing and participant controls. Multiple Neat Pads can be added to the same room to provide control access from different positions around the table.

Usage recommendations

For consistent operation, use a PoE switch or injector that meets the device’s power requirements and secure the unit with the Kensington lock in public or shared spaces.
