Video Cable Adapter Nedis CCGL34800BK30 3m HDMI Type A DVI-D Black
Video Cable Adapter Nedis CCGL34800BK30 3m HDMI Type A DVI-D Black
The Nedis CCGL34800BK30 3m HDMI Type A to DVI-D video cable adapter provides a straightforward wired connection between an HDMI source and a DVI-D display. With a 3 m length and a 7.3 mm cable diameter, the cable is designed for stable video signal transmission and supports Full HD resolutions. This adapter is suitable for connecting laptops, desktop computers, Blu-ray players and other HDMI output devices to DVI-D monitors or projectors where only video is required.
This cable supports high-speed video transmission up to 10.2 Gbps and wideband video formats including 720p, 1080i and 1080p with a 165 MHz pixel clock, ensuring clear and consistent Full HD picture quality. The straightforward HDMI Type A to DVI-D wiring makes setup simple without special configuration. The black finish and standard length offer flexibility for typical desk, AV cabinet or classroom installations. Note that DVI-D carries video only; a separate audio connection is required if sound is needed.
Connect the HDMI Type A end to the HDMI output of your source device and insert the DVI-D end into the DVI-D input of your display or projector. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display input to the correct DVI source. Because DVI-D transmits video only, connect a separate audio cable or use the audio output of your source device to external speakers or an audio system if sound is required. No driver installation is typically necessary for simple video pass-through.
For best results, keep cable runs tidy and avoid tight bends or sharp kinks. Use the 3 m length for typical desk-to-monitor distances; for longer runs, consider a signal booster or active conversion solution. Verify that your display accepts DVI-D input and that the source device is configured for a compatible resolution. When audio is needed, plan and route an appropriate analog or digital audio connection in parallel.
