Video cable adapter Nedis CCTB34800AL20 — 1 m HDMI Type A to DVI-D, Silver
Nedis CCTB34800AL20 is a 1 m video cable adapter with an HDMI Type A (Standard) connector on one end and a DVI-D connector on the other. It provides a direct digital video connection between HDMI-equipped devices and DVI-D displays or graphics cards. Supplied as a single-piece silver cable, it is suitable for monitor, projector or PC setups where a reliable HDMI-to-DVI-D conversion is required.
This single-cable solution eliminates the need for separate adapters and additional converters by offering a straight HDMI Type A to DVI-D connection. The construction supports high-resolution digital video transmission up to 2560 x 1600 at 60 Hz and a bandwidth up to 7.4 Gbit/s, ensuring compatibility with most modern displays and graphics cards that accept DVI-D input. The one-metre length provides convenient reach without excessive cable slack, and the metal-coloured outer jacket offers a neutral appearance for professional or home installations.
Connect the HDMI Type A male end to the HDMI output of the source device and insert the DVI-D male end into the DVI-D input of the display or graphics card. Ensure both devices are powered off or the display input selection is set appropriately before making the connection. After connecting, power on the devices and select the correct input on the display. Note that DVI-D carries digital video only; audio will not be transmitted via this cable and requires a separate audio connection if needed.
For optimal signal quality, avoid tight bends near the connector ends and keep the cable away from large sources of electromagnetic interference. When using resolutions near the maximum supported value, verify that both source and display settings match the desired resolution and refresh rate. Use this cable for direct digital video links where audio is handled separately or not required.
