Laminating Pouches Nedis LAMIA5AT100 A5, 100 µm, pack of 100
Nedis LAMIA5AT100 laminating pouches are designed for A5 documents and use a 100 µm film thickness to provide a protective, transparent layer. Supplied as a pack of 100 pouches, these thermal pouch laminating sleeves are intended for use with compatible thermal pouch laminators to protect printed pages, ID cards, certificates and photos from wear, moisture and dirt while keeping text and images clear.
The 100 µm film offers a balance between flexibility and protection, ensuring documents remain tactile while gaining resistance to creases and light spills. The transparent finish maintains image clarity and colour fidelity. A pack of 100 pouches reduces the need for frequent reordering and is convenient for regular office, school or home use. These pouches are compatible with most pouch-type thermal laminators and are supplied pre-sealed on one edge for straightforward insertion.
These pouches are intended for use with pouch-style thermal laminators; they are not compatible with cold laminating systems or roll laminators. The 100 µm thickness provides moderate rigidity—if a much stiffer or heavily rigid finish is required (for example, heavy-duty signage or permanent ID cards), a thicker film would be more appropriate.
Place the item to be laminated inside the pouch with the sealed edge first, aligning edges for a centered finish. Preheat a compatible pouch laminator according to the laminator manufacturer's temperature settings for 100 µm pouches. Insert the pouch into the laminator feed and allow it to pass through smoothly; avoid forcing or pulling the pouch during processing. After lamination, let the pouch cool on a flat surface for a few seconds before handling to prevent warping and to ensure the lamination bond sets correctly.
For best results, follow your laminator manufacturer's guidelines for temperature and speed settings for 100 µm pouches. Allow laminated items to cool flat and store unused pouches in a dry, room-temperature environment to avoid curling or adhesive degradation. When laminating photos or important documents, use clean, dust-free surfaces and handle prints by the edges to preserve clarity.
