Laminating pouches Nedis LAMIA6AT100 A6 100 µm (100 pcs)

Pack of 100 Nedis LAMIA6AT100 laminating pouches designed for A6-size documents, each pouch with a 100 µm total thickness. These thermal laminating pouches are compatible with standard hot laminators and provide a protective, clear finish that resists moisture, dirt and everyday wear. The product is intended for small-format items such as ID cards, small photographs, labels, coupons and short-term archival protection in offices, schools and retail environments.

Advantages

The Nedis LAMIA6AT100 pouches deliver consistent lamination results with a clear glossy surface and a durable sealed edge. Their 100 µm thickness offers a balance between flexibility and protection, keeping items flat without excessive stiffness. Supplied in a pack of 100, they reduce the need for frequent repurchasing for medium-volume lamination tasks and are suitable for use in most thermal laminators that accept A6 pouches.

Suitable for

• ID cards and small identification tags
• Small photos and wallet-size prints
• Labels, price tags and shelf labels
• Coupons, tickets and membership cards
• Short-term archival protection of receipts and small documents

When it may not be suitable

These pouches are intended for A6-sized items and will not fit larger documents. They are thermal pouches and therefore require a hot laminator; they are not compatible with cold-press or adhesive-free mounting methods. For heavy-duty outdoor use or long-term archival preservation where maximum thickness and UV protection are required, a thicker pouch or specialized archival materials may be preferable.

Key specifications

• Format: A6
• Pack quantity: 100 pouches
• Thickness: 100 µm (total pouch thickness)
• Finish: clear glossy
• Compatibility: thermal (hot) laminators suitable for A6 pouches

How to use

Place the document inside the pouch, ensuring it is centered and free of folds or debris. Preheat the thermal laminator according to the machine's settings for 100 µm pouches or follow the laminator manufacturer's recommendation for similar thickness. Feed the sealed edge first into the laminator to reduce the chance of jamming and pull the pouch through smoothly. Allow the laminated item to cool flat before trimming, if trimming is necessary, to preserve a clean seal.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm your laminator accepts A6-size thermal pouches and supports 100 µm thickness.
• Check whether you need glossy finish or a matte alternative for reduced glare.
• Estimate required quantity based on expected lamination volume to determine if a 100-piece pack is cost-effective.
• Consider whether thicker pouches are needed for rigid or long-term outdoor items.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use a well-maintained thermal laminator with clean rollers and the correct temperature setting for 100 µm pouches. Allow laminated items to cool on a flat surface and store unused pouches flat in a dry environment to avoid curling or contamination.
