Pipe wrench NEO tools 02-417, 350 mm, 1.21 kg, 1 pc
NEO tools 02-417 is a 350 mm Stillson-style pipe wrench designed for gripping and turning threaded pipes, fittings and other round profiles. The wrench is supplied as a single piece and is intended for plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance tasks where controlled torque and secure clamping of metal pipes is required. The tool combines a ductile iron body with forged, ground and serrated jaws and a worm adjustment mechanism to provide reliable bite and long service life.
The ductile iron body offers strength and improved sliding properties compared with regular cast iron, while the forged, ground and serrated jaws provide consistent gripping performance on round surfaces. The worm mechanism allows for quick, precise jaw adjustment within its maximum opening range, and grooved jaws improve hold on pipes and fittings. At approximately 1.21–1.25 kg and 350 mm length, the wrench balances portability and leverage for typical workshop and field tasks.
Select the appropriate jaw opening by rotating the worm mechanism until the serrated jaws fit snugly around the pipe or fitting. Position the wrench so the fixed and movable jaws engage the workpiece; apply steady force to the handle in the intended turning direction while maintaining a firm grip. For initial loosening, apply short controlled taps if required and then re-adjust the jaw position as necessary. After use, wipe any residue from the jaws and mechanism and store the wrench in a dry place.
Use the NEO tools 02-417 pipe wrench on clean, undamaged metal pipes and fittings to ensure optimal grip. Avoid using the wrench on soft or plated surfaces that may be marred by serrated jaws. Inspect the worm mechanism and jaws regularly for wear, and keep the tool dry and lightly oiled to prolong service life.
