Screwdriver bit NEO tools 09-577 — 1/4" drive, Phillips PH3, 50 mm
NEO tools 09-577 is a set of five 1/4" drive Phillips PH3 screwdriver bits with a 50 mm working length supplied in a blister pack. Manufactured from S2 tool steel and cold-forged, these PH3 impact bits are intended for use with 1/4" bit holders, manual screwdrivers and electric drill-drivers. The design includes a tip retention system that reduces slippage and a torque absorption system that increases resistance to wear, enabling a high tightening torque of up to 21.8 Nm for fastening tasks in furniture assembly, construction and general repair work.
The bits are produced from high-grade S2 steel and cold-forged to ensure consistent tip geometry and toughness. A built-in tip-slipping protection system helps maintain engagement with Phillips PH3 fasteners, while the torque absorption feature reduces stress on the bit during high-torque operations and extends service life. Supplied as a set of five identical 50 mm bits, the pack offers immediate replacement options for professional and DIY users and compatibility with common 1/4" drive tools.
Select a PH3 bit from the blister set and insert the 1/4" hex shank into the compatible bit holder, manual screwdriver or the chuck/adapter of an electric drill-driver. Ensure the bit is fully seated and the tip engages the screw head squarely to minimize cam-out. For impact drivers, use steady pressure and let the tool apply torque; for manual or electric screwdrivers, apply controlled torque up to the recommended limit to avoid overloading the fastener or bit.
Use the bits with compatible 1/4" drive holders and avoid applying torque beyond 21.8 Nm. Replace bits if the tip shows rounding or deformation. For best results when working with hardwood or long screws, use a pilot hole and steady tool control to reduce stress on the bit and fastener.
