Socket NEO tools 10-312, 1/4" imperial drive, single socket, weight 16 g
NEO tools 10-312 is a single H5 hexagonal bit mounted in a 1/4" imperial drive socket with a short 37 mm length. Manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, this compact socket weighs 16 g and provides a standardized fit for ratchets and handle tools that accept 1/4" drives. The unit is intended as a replacement part for kits and for use in light mechanical, electronics and maintenance tasks where imperial-size hex bits are required.
The chrome vanadium steel construction delivers durability and resistance to wear, while the standardized 1/4" drive ensures compatibility with a wide range of ratchets and driver handles. Its compact 37 mm length and low weight make it convenient to carry and use in confined spaces. The single-piece design simplifies replacement of lost or damaged kit components and reduces the need to source full sets when only one size is required.
Insert the socket onto a compatible 1/4" drive ratchet, extension or screwdriver handle until it seats securely. Position the H5 hex tip onto the fastener and apply torque using steady, controlled force appropriate to the fastener and application. Avoid excessive impact or torque beyond the fastener or tool rating to prevent deformation. After use, wipe clean and store in a dry tool case to maintain condition.
Use the NEO tools 10-312 socket with tools rated for 1/4" drives and choose appropriate torque settings for small fasteners. For tasks in confined or delicate assemblies, work slowly to avoid slipping and check compatibility with the fastener material to reduce the risk of rounding.
